Welcome to FilmRAID ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (filmraid.pro), services, and products (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Products and Orders

• We offer custom RAID storage systems for film productions on a no-stock model. Orders are assembled upon receipt and delivered within 2 days in the EU.
• Prices are as listed; payments via bank transfer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
• All sales are final; no refunds except for defective products under warranty.

3. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery time: 2 days for EU orders from confirmation.
• Shipping costs included in price. We use reliable carriers but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Warranty and Support

• Products come with a 2-year limited warranty for hardware defects.
